We can now offer you interim interest payments for Term Deposits – thanks for the feedback!

Submitted by Mike Heath on Friday, 20 June 2008 | Category: Term Deposits

Many of our customers have asked that we consider offering the ability to receive interim interest payments for the long-dated Term Deposit.

I am very pleased to announce that we’ve taken this feedback on board and our customers are now able to choose Monthly, Quarterly, or Six-Monthly interest payments on the 1 to 5 year Term Deposits.

Take a look at the new Term Deposit rates.

A number of you have also been asking for the ability to set up regular direct-debits from your RaboPlus Savings Accounts to your Nominated Account. We’ve also enabled this enhancement.

As always we are very keen to take on board feedback from our customers so please don’t hold back with your advice!

Keep an eye out for the next edition of ActiveMoney, due out next week – it will have our first update on the strategies of our Investor of the Year competitors [take a look at MoneyTV’s Lisa Dudson interview re the Investor of the Year], plus details of a new Fund Manager and funds we are adding to our service!

HI

I am wondering if you are going to offer any of the products that Rabobank Australia offers. Now that New Zealand and Australia have signed the new deal allowing this to happen. This will allow investors more access to wholesale funds based in Australia.

Rose, do you have a specific product offering from our Australian cousins in mind? As www.RaboPlus.com.au offers essentially the same as us (On Call, Term Deposits and Managed Funds) are you referring to specific funds, for example?
