- How do I make one-off or regular deposits into my RaboPlus account?

When you login to your RaboPlus Account you can use the website to make either one-off or regular transfers from your Nominated Account into any of your RaboPlus Savings Accounts.
To transfer funds from your nominated account to your RaboPlus Account:
Login to your account.
Click on "Transfer in".
Then, click "New".
This will allow you to make a one-off transfer from your nominated account or set up a recurring transfer from your nominated account.
You can also transfer funds from any other bank account to your RaboPlus Savings Account by quoting your RaboPlus Savings Account name and number to the other bank or person who wishes to make the payments.
Please note that it takes 2-3 working days for the funds to clear so if you do have funds paid into RaboPlus you will not have access to them straight away.
- How do I change my address?

You have the facility to change both your residential and postal address, along with your other contact details, online yourself. To do this login to your account and click "Contact Details", then either "Phone / Email details" or "Address details".
- How do I withdraw money from my RaboPlus account?

When you login to your RaboPlus Account you can transfer money out of your RaboPlus Master Savings Account, or any RaboPlus Purpose Savings Accounts you may have, into your Nominated Account.
To transfer funds from one of your RaboPlus accounts to your nominated account you need to login to your RaboPlus account, click on "Transfer Out", and then "New". This will allow you to make either a one-off transfer, or create a regular transfer, out of your RaboPlus account.
- How do I change my RWT (Resident Withholding Tax) rate or amend my IRD number?

You have the facility to update your tax rate and IRD number yourself online.
You can change your RWT rate at any time by logging in to your account and clicking "Tax", then "Change RWT Rate".
- Where can I find my available balance on my account?

To locate the available balance of your account click on "Savings Accounts" then "Balances" in the left hand menu, the screen will then display your balance and your available funds.
- How can I check that a transfer has been successfully confirmed?

A summary of all pending transfers can be located by clicking on "Transfer out" or "Transfer in", then "Summary (pending)". For same day transfers out of your account please check your transaction history by clicking on "Savings accounts" then "Transactions" as these will not appear in the "Summary (pending)" section.
- Can I make an International Transfer into my RaboPlus account?

Yes. You can have international payments paid directly to your RaboPlus account.
You will need to provide the paying bank with:
- your RaboPlus account name and number
- our swift code: WPACNZ2W
- and our physical address: Level 12, 80 The Terrace, Wellington.
Please note that you will be charged a fee by the receiving bank in New Zealand. The receiving bank will convert the funds into New Zealand dollars and then send it to RaboPlus. Which New Zealand bank is used as the receiving bank is up to the overseas bank that originates the transfer.
