What banking products does RaboPlus offer?

Like we say in our ads, we're not after the mortgage on your house and we're not trying to sell you insurance or personal loans. RaboPlus is a new and different kind of bank.

We don't offer traditional banking products like eftpos, cheques, high-interest loans, mortgages and credit cards. You can keep your existing bank for those services - just use RaboPlus for savings and investments (without the hassle of needing to switch banks).

We do offer the best value savings, term deposits and investments on the market.

  • Savings accounts - Want high rates of interest and no fees? Transfer money electronically from your existing bank into your RaboPlus online savings account and enjoy the benefits. More
  • Term deposits - Want a higher return on lump sums for a fixed term? If you're in between selling and buying a house, why not park the cash in a high interest term deposit? We offer terms from 30 days to 5 years. More
  • Managed Funds - Want great deals, minimum fees and 24-hour access to your portfolio? We've picked the cream of Managed Funds so you can get started with as little as $250. More
How safe is my money with RaboPlus?

Very, very safe. The highest credit rating of any bank in New Zealand? Correct. We are proud to say that the Rabobank Group was ranked 1st in 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2005. And in 2006 and 2007, 2008 and 2009 we were ranked the highest (safest) privately owned bank in the world. Read more about our Security.

A summary of all pending transfers can be located by clicking on "Transfer out" or "Transfer in", then "Summary (pending)".
