Star Star Star Star Star

Five stars for integrity and honesty and listening to your customers for re-establishing the practice of showing the most recent reviews on the first page of the term deposits section, and not picking out the best reviews. Though I think you could return the comment box to the first page too (and made it bigger; it's tiny), to keep encouraging comments. If you could manage some competitive short term term deposits that would be great too; I'd love to have one of these with RaboPlus.

Mike Heath: Jim, thanks for the feedback.  Transparency is key to what we do and say, and by ensuring that we show the latest reviews is an essential part of our relationship with Kiwis.  I’ll have a chat with our designer re the comment box.

It's nice to see rabo's rates are getting better... their long term rates pretty much match or beat those of the main banks. As for short term rates, they're still a little low, but, at least now, they're competitive.

Mike Heath: Randy, thanks for taking the time to let us know what you think – it’s appreciated.

All the economic signs are that the economy will slowly improve over the next 3 - 5 yrs or so.Maybe that's why you are offering poor O/C rates and not very competitive longer term fixed rates, you are resting on your laurals and hoping investors will lock money in at lower rates longer term when it's quite evident that lending rates will improve, enabling you to 'cream it'? A fairly common practise with any bank I reckon. In the meantime I'll shop around and stay alert. Cheers.
